These Terms & Conditions govern the engineering, fabrication, repair and maintenance services provided by Frew Engineering Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) of Ryal Bush, Southland. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and the scope of work discussed. Where the scope changes, or additional work or materials are required, the final price may differ. We will discuss any material change with you before proceeding where practical.
Payment terms will be advised at the time of quoting or invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice. Ownership of any supplied goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
We stand behind our workmanship. If an issue arises from our work within a reasonable period, contact us and we will assess it. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, or work altered by others after completion. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where it applies) are not affected.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to remedying the work or the price paid for the affected work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
